i found the staff helpful and very cute! they provided a glass of champagne upon arrival i thought that was great. the location suited me perfectly very close to the attractions too!

the tv didn't have many english channels i would have liked a few more.

the room included a fridge and a microwave that was a nice bonus it was also a very good size ensuring i had enough space. i found the bed comfortable leading to restful sleep each night

the breakfast buffet presented a lovely selection i definitely enjoyed the variety each morning. the presentation impressed me reflecting a great attention to detail in the dining area. the coffee was very nice too

duc was the concierge i found him very attentive and helpful he offered great recommendations. the reception staff showed professionalism throughout my stay assisting me with various requests. the hotel also safety was good with top security

unsafe bathtubmissing channels

i stayed in the hotel for a few nights. i must mention the bathtub presented a considerable safety issue. it was high and lacked proper grips (i almost slipped!). also, the tv did not offer any channels from my country. i found this disappointing considering the variety available from other countries.
